- Meeting time
- Should we move meeting to 10:00 am on Mondays?
- Annie will send out a Doodle poll to all
- Investment in Open report
- Annie will integrate everyone's edits, and send to Brian and Karen
- We will ask that Brian and Karen provides comments and feedback by Friday, October 5
- Once the Collections Strategic Steering Team has signed off on the report, we will send to Joe, Nancy, and Steven and ask them to share with Library Leadership Committee
- Once it has been shared with LLC, we will put the report up on our Confluence page and share (via an email) with all-staff
- 9/18 Workshop: Citation Managers
- 6 attendees (staff, grad students, undergrads)
- In the future, should we not do all citation managers? HSL, for example offers workshops on individual tools
- Is registration helpful? Many people register and then don't come
- Scholarly Communication Repository of Instructional Materials
- Olivia suggested we might want to create a repository with all scholarly communication workshop slides and other materials, that could be used by liaison librarians as needed
- The idea of a central repository for instructional materials has been in people's minds for awhile now
- Will the new Learning Strategic Steering Team create a master repository for all instructional materials (that we could then just add to)?
- Considering the LSST hasn't started yet, we will create a folder in our Google Drive and then create a Confluence page with links to workshop slides etc.
- Annie will experiment with this and ask for feedback from the team
- OA Week

- Annie and Rebecca will organize this. Will print an extra poster for Stephanie to use at HSL.
