Alicia checked in about the spring workshop schedule to make sure everyone was comfortable with it and to see if instructors needed support. Everyone is comfortable and prepared for the workshops.

Call for proposals for North Broad Press was released. Please forward to faculty. Deadline is Friday, April 3, 2020. Any questions can go to Alicia or Mary Rose while Annie is on leave.

Discuss/brainstorm other workshop ideas:

Workshop idea: Managing archival photos/How to take good archival photos and describe them using Trophy

Would be 2 or 3 session series

Once have idea more congealed will reach out to partners: CHAT, CLA and Tyler graduate association, etc.

Rebecca will reach out to Josue and Rachel will email Jasmine to see if they are interested in collaborating on workshop

Possibly do copyright workshop, would work well in conjunction with Managing archival photos workshop

Pathways to OA session:

Lauri will ask Karen to come to upcoming SCSSG meeting to discuss TULUP's Role in Advancing the Transition to OA series, so SCSSG can learn more about it.

Communication Toolkit Next Steps:

Peer review each other’s sections

Alicia will send email with links and which sections we are supposed to review
