  1. We discussed which faculty to reach out to about OA Week quotes for social media, and decided on the following:

  • Andrew Iliadis (Klein) - @Kristina De Voe (Unlicensed) will contact for new content

  • Bari Dzomba (Public Health) - @Lauri Fennell (Unlicensed) will contact for new content

  • Robert Raffa (Pharmacy) - @Natalie Tagge (Unlicensed) will contact

  • Douglas Webber (Economics) - @Rebecca Lloyd will contact

  • Gerardo Mendoza (Mathematics) @Rebecca Lloyd will contact

Natalie drafted a message to use when contacting them. We are asking for a response by October 9th. We plan to highlight one faculty member per day during OA Week. We aren’t going to use photos in the social media postings.

2. We talked about assessment of OA Week workshops and agreed to use the existing evaluation form, rather than developing new questions.

  • Those teaching workshop will share the evaluation link in the chat at the end of the session

  • Our team will evaluate the feedback and decide whether to modify questions in the future

  • Natalie’s workshop may use a different evaluation form depending on what her fellow presenters decide to do
