Discussion topics

Notes

Notes

  • For SCRC pages, there are a lot of screenshots and dense content

    • Should this content go into the service description?

  • Instructional designer - may need a place to put information.

  • Our services have a varying level of detail and description - some are very granular and verbose and others are very straightforward.

Prioritization

  • a lot of the items we’re discussing (ScholComm, IR, RDS) are still being worked out in terms of content and services - these are not necessarily day one requirements

  • Prioritize hours, locations, database finder, library search

  • Perhaps we can let stakeholders know how this content will be handled once we are able to get to it

  • We do need to give people a framework for how to think about their content

What defines a library?

  • How do we colocate content about a particular entity, for example, the SCRC or Scholars' Studio?

Talk to a libarian/Research consultation

  • Want to do some user testing
