On the Version 2 list of services with categories linked above:

1. Select one of the “High priority” items

2. In the linked Google Doc, collect all of the information that currently exists for this service from the following resources;

   1. Cumulative List of Services doc

   2. Current Drupal website, including HSL sub-site

   3. LibGuides

   4. LibAnswers

Content other than services

As you are collecting all of the information that currently exists about a particular service, please be thinking about any related spaces, groups, and policies. While we are not specifically targeting those areas in a holistic way at this point, we can add content where it is applicable outside of the services.

Charles Library Move impact

For now, we are collecting information that already exists. In some cases, service descriptions will change drastically with the move to Charles. Please put a note at the top of the Google Doc if this is the case for a particular service.

Facilitating cross-library-department discussions
There will be services that touch several libraries/departments and will require a member of the content strategy group to facilitate a discussion with stakeholders. However, prior to these meetings, I want to have a collation of all current information and recommended revisions to guide the discussion.
