2019-03-07 Website/Blacklight Advisory Group Meeting notes

Blacklight Update (from Emily Toner):

We've completed work on an upgrade to the core Blacklight application (put out by the open source community, and will begin QA testing on this shortly before rolling it out. This change includes an update to the front-end framework (Bootstrap), which will allow us to more easier integrate the headers/footers from the website project. We're also starting work on indexing the website content into the search and updating the "bento box" design as needed.
