• Hoping to get away from simply creating a replacement or equivalent to what we had in Millennium/Diamond/Summon and thinking more broadly about what we actually want and what will best serve our users.

User Testing

Group

Objective/Question: Determine which features/components of the website are of high priority importance to our users so that we can make sure to preserve these items for the future website.

Methods: After some discussion, we decided to create one set small set of questions that will be distributed to a broad range of library patrons through a variety of methods. 

We will use the User Testing page to collaborate and come up with the questions and the distribution points.

Timeline: Questions and distribution points should be defined and ready by September 29, 2017. Distribution will run for month of October.
