1. New member for FY21: Andrea Goldstein

   1. Andrea is involved with instruction at Ambler

   2. We received no other applications this year 

2. Use of Charles classrooms in fall

   1. Proposed usage of classrooms for storage in the fall

   2. With social distancing our classrooms could only hold a few people

   3. HSL isn’t planning to use for their classrooms for instruction 

   4. All drop in workshops will be online this fall 

   5. We intend to push instruction online for the fall. However, we think it would be better to use the rooms for student study spaces, not storage 

   6. SCRC hasn’t finalized plans yet, but is planning to do some asynchronous online teaching. Currently reaching out to faculty to discuss. Considering using document reader to create a virtual classroom but not sure of the tech capabilities yet. 

3. Self-review checklist for repository (Nicole) 

   1. Will be similar to Libguides standards, but fewer requirements 

   2. Nicole will send out later this week 

4. LSS Forum on 6/18

   1. Guiding questions: what habits of mind should students share? How can we contribute? 

   2. Tools for online collaborative brainstorming? Google doc, Padlet, Mirod, Trello   

   3. Caitlin will message everyone after session, then close the board and LSSSST will look over it. We’ll draft something to share and then discuss in a later forum to finalize outcomes.
