  2. Planning for upcoming learning session

Notes

  1. LibInsight feedback

    1. If there is a narrow definition of "instruction", meaning classroom instruction, then why are "orientation" and "tour" included in "instruction" when events where integration with library materials are an important component, are not included?

    3. what about awareness-raising events (ie, the Public Domain)

    4. is counting time and labor important? is that what the form is intended to do?

    9. is there harm in recording something twice? are there no rules?

    10. if the primary user is the self, do we lose something in over-standardizing?

      1. if someone reports something and we don’t think it counts, we could just not include it in our analysis?

      2. but then we’d have to look at each entry carefully

    11. would there be a point person that determines if something “counts”?

    12. wait, what’s an orientation?

      1. library staff visiting as part of an external/departmental orientation
