        • do a visual inspection of the ASRS - Bill noted that someone has pushed in bins in the 2nd floor viewing windows and that one of the gates was open in the basement access area

        • Move 40 records to EMS for Gautam’s initial work - @Holly Tomren

      • 3/27 - operational training for general collection

      • 3/28 - operational training for special collections

      • 3/29 AM - move records for test load from Alma to EMS

      • 4/1 - 4/3 - test load for both general and special collections

      • 4/4 - end-to-end testing for general collection

      • 4/5 - end-to-end testing for special collections

Bin Configuration

  • 12 - 40 bins

  • Will need to know how many bins with the configurations and which locations will have this configuration?

  • Gautam will need to redo the database for this.

Gautam’s

  • Move 40 records to EMS

    • Change physical items job

    • Job to copy to EMS

    • Will call Holly

  • Unit Load SRM

    • There is a faulty setting that is preventing the SRM from communicating with EMS

    • Engineer will be on site Tuesday morning to review

  • Power up SRM - Gautam and Kevin will decide this should happen

Acceptance Test Plan

  • Project Delivery Group and University Counsel are working out the wording around the acceptance test.

  • Gautam is also putting together a test plan

Next Meeting: No meetings on 3/29 or 4/5. 4/12 is TBD.
