Breakout Rooms

• R25 Live is the system that will be used for room reservations
• users will be encouraged to use a wireless connection for screen sharing, but cables will be available at the desk if needed
• contingency plan for room scheduling is LibCal
• The list of rooms includes both patron-facing and staff-facing rooms

Breakout room (39)

• 50" screen
• Kramer casting - Kramer allows individuals to wireless display their computer, iPad or mobile device to the screen. We currently have this available in the DSC conference room.
• HDMI/USB3 Wall connection - if a patron does not want to or cannot connect wirelessly, they will be able to check out an HDMI cable at the service desk to connect to the display screen through a wired wall-plate.
• These rooms will not have a designated computer mounted and connected to the screen.
