Server Installation Status

  • Server installation is done!

  • Cal turned over to Gautam this morning

  • Gautam has been installing the software, but having trouble starting the software

Workstation Setup

  • Waiting for the six service accounts for the autologin to be setup

  • EMS control center is installed - only installed on one computer so far

  • Set up the browser to only allow Alma

  • Next steps: Chin and Gautam will schedule time to discuss early next week

  • Cabling

    • Between monitor and tower

      • Displayport connection - Gautam will order

      • Needs to be 10 ft

    • Power cables for monitor and workstation

      • Current monitor cable is 3 feet

      • Current tower cable is 4 feet

      • Bill and Larry will scope out pick station setup to see best place to mount a electrical box and follow up

Gautam’s visit 3/25 - 4/5

  • Operational training - April 2, 3

  • Test load if possible in the first week

  • We should be able to have workstation installed prior to the visit

Sprocket CMMS Software

  • Who: people who are maintaining equipment and spare parts

  • Facilities people from who are attending the training

  • Cynthia will coordinate this first meeting

Spare parts

  • they have been arriving and are being stored in our off-site storage in Kardon

  • by end of May, we could start loading parts into the building

SQL Scripts for the remaining items

  • send them to Gautam in small batches

  • as Chad gets them and transforms them, go ahead and send to Gautam

Timeline

2/19 - 2/21: Maintenance training on Unit Load aisle

3/15: Deadline for having the ASRS mezzanine painted and floors sealed and space locked

Week of 3/18

  • Set up all workstations

  • Deliver all test load items to Charles and store on ASRS mezzanine

3/25 - 3/29

  • Gautam will be on site

  • We will do the test load this week

4/1 - 4/5

  • Test load for both mini load and the unit load scheduled for 4/4 and 4/5

  • Gautam will be on site

  • Operational training scheduled for 4/2 and 4/3

4/9 - 4/11: Maintenance training on the Mini Load aisles

5/9: Begin Alma record load to ASRS

5/20??: Start loading ASRS

6/1: Move spare parts to ASRS chamber.

Next meeting: Friday, February 22 at 1pm
