MAP final review for consistency
@Alicia Pucci will do a final review for consistency and clarity by April 23rd
Temple affiliation is a different namespace
@Gabe Galson will set up
We can output both DC and QDC
Workflows: what do we know, what do we need?
Outline: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1emdNFOxWk40PG-rPunxLfWzoOQef0v6wRFWqtkm9znA/edit?usp=sharing
Import all retrospective ETDs via SWORD?
SWORD would need to work
Lose metadata enhancement (authority control, advisory names)
We would still want CONTENTdm identifiers to re-direct, can we batch add identifiers after that bulk import?
Need to discuss it with Carla on the state of the advisor names @Holly Tomren will speak with Carla
Can re-populate in WorldCat
Save time to bulk ingest directly from ProQuest
What is the database of record? Alma (gap since we migrated) because all print and digital theses would be there
Timeline for ETD migration
TBD @Gabe Galson will follow up on timeline
Authority control module?
Any additional exploration? Can be installed for ORCiD to see its functionality
@Gabe Galson can present at 4/23 meeting
DOIs
Annie is trying to set it up via DataCite (possibly consortial)
Can be autogenerated once we have the account

No developer support given for customization of DSpace and no current support for any Blacklight interface
Still using Mirage interface
ORCiD button
Non-negotiable
Embargo configured?
Can be configured

How to best implement Creative Commons license
We will meet 4/23 and re-convene as needed
