Go over IR MAP Template to be sent to IR Services Group
- New proposed fields: degree grantor, identifiers handle and local, contributor (committee member), type
- Awards field? Award Name.
- Rachel accidentally deleted Resource Type but Leanne added it back in
- More environmental metadata like software, operating system, access information
  - Will come up with GIS deposits
  - Metadata from the submitter (readme file?)
  - Fields: OS, software, connectivity
  - Direct submission to create a readme file for materials outside the realm of PDF/word files or list of examples
    - Readme template
    - Policy should be decided by IR Services Group and readme template can be created Metadata Subgroup
    - Will tie in to dataset metadata
    - Scope for launch vs aspirational
    - DSpace support for PREMIS
- Defining publisher
  - Electronic version vs original
  - Ask IR Services Group
  - Repo as publishing platform?
- Including OS, software as fields
- Break out subject and relation fields
