• Annie is doing reference checks for schol comm assistant position today.

• We reviewed metadata subgroup’s recommendations in terms of features

  • Gabe has sent them to Chad and Christina and we are now waiting to hear back

• Gabe noted that Cornell’s Ecommons IR uses a Blacklight skin with DSpace, he will reach out to them to learn more

  • Q: Do we need a general ‘we may withdraw for any reason statement’? A: No

  • Do we need examples in the withdrawal policy doc?

Metadata policy

• A list of required and suggested fields will be provided to submitters via the guidance documentation
