Access description: Use this field to describe how a patron might access this service. Do they need to fill out a form? Do they need to visit a special place?
Access link: If there is a form or website or something external that must be visited/completed/used in order to use/request this service, please place that link here.
Service policies: Are there any limitations to the service? Is the service restricted to a certain user population? You can also use this field to link to other policies or information that govern the availability of this service.
Intended audience: Select all that apply from the list. This field will only be used internally and will not be displayed to the general public. Selections in this field can be used to create a "Services for undergraduates" page or "Services for the community" page.
