  •  We don't have a slot available to go live at the end of June. Would have to wait until the end of July.
  • Test load slot in February - ideal to start in December.
  • ExL has a global migration calendar of all customers migrating to Alma - have to reserve the correct slot on that global calendar.
  • Regardless of Go-Live date, we'll still start in December
  • Two test loads: build first test load in February and access in March
  • Looking for Kick-off on December 12.
  • Will be actively working on pre-implementation even after the kick-off meeting.
  • After today's call, we'll have a workbook to complete in order to get the timeline set.
