Kick-Off Meeting

  • will discuss detailed project plan and timeline at Monday's meeting

Migration Meeting

  • discuss the initial test load
  • Request sample data extract from Millennium - ExL will provide instructions on how to do this
  • First six weeks of the project will be mostly about the data

Training Schedule

  • will be reviewed next week
  • for training: 
    • Team will watch videos
    • Team will do exercises in Sandbox or live instance
    • Selected team member will do exercise live in implementation team meeting - this is used to spur discussion about task and workflow

Configuration Meeting

  • Will likely happen the end of January

Blacklight Integration

  • Leslie is also the PM for Penn's Alma implementation. 
  • Penn is going exclusively with BL and will be testing the first data load in BL. 
  • Leslie recommends that we don't try to implement BL and Primo at the same time. I said we prefer to go with BL similar to Penn. 
  • Leslie will keep us informed of the project pieces with Penn.
  • Primo doesn't really get going until end of February once we do our first data load

ERM/Intota Import forms

  • This is a new set of forms that are being used to import data from ERM and Intota
  • Currently being used by Penn and Eastern Michigan

Access to the Sanbox

  • The request for access to the sandbox has been submitted
  • Access should be available by end of next week
  • The 30 accounts will be generic accounts with specific permissions/roles used for testing
