Rooms 341 and 364
Room 341 what we refer to as the ATC+ room.
Notes:
Room 341 also offers audio conference (built-in phone) capabilities, but these are disabled at the moment.
If prompted for a passcode when you activate the touch panel, please enter “7700”
It has the following options for connecting to the screen:
Kramer wireless screen-casting from your own device - select the middle button on the top labeled “Kramer” to enable a connection via Kramer.
Use the on-screen instructions to download the Kramer VIA app onto your laptop or device and then follow the instructions to connect.
If you have a MacBook, you can also connect to Kramer using AirPlay from Apple → Preferences → Display → Airplay drop-down
Dedicated PC - select the button on the middle top left labeled “PC” to enable a display from the dedicated PC.
a wireless keyboard and mouse are available on the table to operate the computer.
Using the dedicated PC also allows you to connect to the built-in camera and built-in microphone for web conferencing.
Laptop HDMI hookup - If you prefer to not use screen casting, you can use an HDMI cable to connect your laptop to the screen - select the middle top right button called “Laptop”.
Connect your laptop to the HDMI port in the wall below the screen.
