Track your requests in Jira

The primary method for submitting tickets or requests for IT-related support is by sending an email to tul-web-support@temple.edu. Are you do this, you will receive an email notification when your ticket is assigned and/or updated. But, you can also log into Jira and look at your tickets, those both open and closed. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to Jira in your preferred browser: https://tulibdev.atlassian.net.

2. You must log into your account. To open the login screen, select the login  icon in the bottom left corner. 

3. Enter you email address that was used to create your Jira account. Select Continue.

4. Enter your password. This will likely not be your standard Temple Accessnet password. Select Log In.

5. The login screen will display several things, but navigate back to your account link in the bottom left corner. 

6. In the bottom left corner, click on your profile picture (or icon in lieu of picture). Then select Profile.

7. At the top of the page, you will see your profile in Jira. You can edit your profile to add a picture and any additional information. 

8. Scroll down to view Work that is related to you, including any issues that you reported through tul-web-support@temple.edu. Click on the name of the issue to open that issue and read further details.
