Create a detailed migration timeline

Outline launch timeline, define roles

We want to launch ASAP
Q: do we want to do a full marketing push in the spring;
- It depends on their timeline, and how fast we can migrate

Migration logistics

@Gabe Galson will ask Atmire ASAP for details, migration templates, etc. before our upcoming meeting.
@Annie Johnson (Unlicensed) @Alicia Pucci and @Gabe Galson will review alicia’s upgrade consideration doc, turning it into a list of customization requests for Atmire
- We’ll revisit this after the meeting
Systems connections
- ProQuest- we’ll get Atmire to do this, however, we’ll need to time its activation carefully
- Elements-On ITS' current timeline we probably won’t be able to get Atmire to help with this.
  - Any way to speed this along
- CDM ETD migration- we should revisit whether we or they should handle this, as well as whether it’s feasible for them to migrate our data.
  - Decision: we’ll do this ourselves
- DOI plugin turn on + connection to datacite
- Front end work
- @Gabe Galson will remeet with Chin ASAP, make sure he’s ready to go
