We discussed which faculty to reach out to about OA Week quotes for social media, and decided on the following:

Robert Raffa (Pharmacy) - Natalie Tagge (Unlicensed) will contact

Natalie drafted a message to use when contacting them. We are asking for a response by October 9th. We plan to highlight one faculty member per day during OA Week.
2. We talked about assessment of OA Week workshops and agreed to use the existing evaluation form, rather than developing new questions.
Those teaching workshop will share the evaluation link in the chat at the end of the session
Our team will evaluate the feedback and decide whether to modify questions in the future
Natalie’s workshop may use a different evaluation form depending on what her fellow presenters decide to do
