Spaces

  • Assign a content contributor and site editor to each space
  • Remind them of the web content style guide

People

  • This will come next after spaces, but Richie and Marianne will do much of this work.

Groups -

  • Will come after people. Again, Richie and Marianne will do most of the work here.
  • After some discussion, we will stick to the official list of groups (i.e. departments, committees, working groups, etc) and avoid informal groups.

Services

  • Assign content contributor and site editor to work work together on each service for a final review.
  • Remind them of the web content style guide
  • For Paley - think about how the services will change after we move into Charles.

Collections

  • Check with Holly about finalizing the metadata description.
  • Holly and I will discuss and determine who should be responsible for describing each collection.

Finding Aids

Should be listed as  "resource, type = "finding aid"

  • Look at the current finding aids and decide what fields need to be part of the entity template - fields may not be delineated as meatadata in Drupal, instead everything will go into Description field, hopefully pull out Title field
  • List those fields in Jira.
  • Add Jira to create entity to the next sprint
  • Create Jira for export of finding aids from current site and import into new site.
  • We should test this process now and then we’ll likely need to do it again before we go live.

Forms

List is available here: WEB-569 - Getting issue details... STATUS

  • Look at current forms in list from Chris
  • Contact the form owner to see if the form is still needed and if it needs to be on Manifold or if it will go in Confluence.
