Select records based on cat date (send only records that have likely gone through revision - exclude records with catdate of bib export from Alma and the working day before); remove records erroneously included as well (see below - invert selections)

Open file in MarcEdit, run validation and fix any errors within MarcEdit (Ignore validation errors for 040 dangling subfields due to Alma bug).
Dedup records if needed.

Uploading processed files into Alma
When records are ready, you will get an email from Marcive with subject, “Data Ready for TEUM/TEUS”. The email will have a URL to access the files via FTP. Go down and copy the directory listed (example: /output/ftp/f1ZRCySQ). Use Filezilla to transfer files to shared OneDrive Marcive folder.
In Alma, go to Resources >> Manage Import Profiles and looks for profile ‘Marcive - Corrected bibs’. Select ‘Run’ from dropdown. ‘Select File’ and upload processed TEUMBIB/TEUSBIB file.[###]. Click Submit to import the records.
