Targeted user testing - winter 2019 - the user experience team in collaboration with the website design core team is identifying specific features of the website to test with users. First on the list are 1) placement of the search box on secondary pages, 2) placement of the Ask-a-Librarian chat box and ease of contacting a librarian.
