Tour/Demo fo Basecamp

  • Project Calendar - includes all events and todo items that have due dates attached
    • Can look at the calendar as an agenda or as a monthly view
  • Discussions - When commenting on a discussion item, make sure to adjust who will receive an email notification.
  • To Do Lists - When checking off to-do list items, check them off during the project call after we've talked about them or have Cynthia Schwarz (Unlicensed) check them off. 
    • Includes both Alma and Primo
    • Includes tasks for Ex Libris as well
    • Bulk of the tasks are tied to the cut-over at the end of the project
  • Files
    • Includes Exercises that need to be completed prior to a project call.
