There are two ways you can do this.

Use a Widget

There is a widget for each selector. To install the widget, log into Alma and click Add Widget.

  1. Find the widget you want. It will be called Firm Order Spending (Name).
  2. Select the arrow next to the widget you want. The arrow will turn from light yellow to darker yellow.
  3. Click close
  4. The widget will now appear on your homepage. It shows each of your funds: the total allocation, how much is encumbered (on-order), spent, and remaining.

Search for the Fund in Alma

  1. Next to the search box at the top of the page, click the icon to see a menu of search options.
  2. Select Funds
  3. Type in the box. You can either type the 5-digit code or keywords in the name of the fund.

4. Click the name of the fund. This will take you to a page with information about the fund.
