Notes
TUScholarShare liaison workshop
Will take place on June 23 @ 3:00 pm
Annie will create slide deck
Will be open to all-staff
Everyone will work on getting content into slides by June 4th meeting to get feedback from group
We will finalize slides by June 18th meeting
Highlighting Your Research During Uncertain Times' workshop follow-up
Over 50 RSVPs, 39 attendees
30 minutes, worked well
Kristina and Lauri were co-hosts, everyone was muted on arrival, couldn’t enter ahead of time, asked people to put questions in the chat
Helpful to have 2 people (with Zoom, people came in at different times)
Should workshops really be Zoom “webinars” instead of “meetings”?
Or is “webinar” feature too limiting? Cameras aren’t turned on…
Do you need special permissions to do a webinar?
Slides are in SCSST shared drive
Feedback from participants:
Would like a workshop of overviews of best tools to find grey literature

TAP update including TAP/NBP discussions
TAP/NBP collaboration
Rethinking calendar for grants. Maybe one should take place in fall and one in spring?
Perhaps establish a special North Broad Press grant for TAP recipients
10 faculty in new TAP cohort
Good number from College of Education and College of Liberal Arts
Most of faculty who are participating are NTTs
Money saved: $44,095
Hard to say if faculty will be doing open pedagogy project
