Review metadata configs (IR Metadata group reconvene?)
Talk to Rachel to schedule this (tentatively, Holly, Leanne, Rachel, however, defer to Rachel’s judgment).
IR Services group will be testing the IR during this period. What about a similar role for interested IR Metadata group members?
Consult with Rachel to gauge interest. The testing group can be a blend of Services and Metadata members.
17th January All client test feedback consolidated and provided to Atmire
24th January Test feedback resolved and final acceptance
26th January Client final acceptance + Content freeze old system

Holly says preservation on Isilon as well as AWS is a must.

Is the metadata we’re crosswalking into OR enough for responsible digital preservation? Must the PQ XML be preserved as well? If we take the same preservation approach to
Question for Margery and Annie: is the non-ETD content potential university archives material?
Is the ProQuest XML necessary? or is the data we’re crosswalking enough?
How are deliveries triggered? By christa? do you forsee needing any changes to this.
For Atmire: is the original XML stored anywhere in the system? Holly: we don’t actually want to do this because of the PII it contains.
