Library Technology Services: Key Activities & Accomplishments

FY 19-20

• Equipment move from Paley to Charles - all staff and public computing equipment was successfully moved and setup in Charles Library in preparation for the Fall 2019 semester.
• Inventory all hardware in the library - this year saw the completion of a multi-year project to inventory all of the staff and public-use computer hardware. This inventory will allow us to create a regular replacement cycle for staff and shared desk computers.
• Create new support models for the technology within Charles Library - much of the fall semester was spent getting acclimated to the breakout room and classroom audio/visual technology in Charles Library and developing support plans for these spaces and equipment.
