  • Alma cleanup & workflows - ongoing
  • ASRS ingestion & cleanup
    • Ambler: monograph loading is mostly complete, journals are in review
    • Main Storage: 12" bins have arrived and loading of basement storage items will take place over the summer

  • Copy cataloging guidelines (field-by-field, what we verify, enhance, ignore, or delete)
  • Accompanying materials (bib & item record instructions, physical processing instructions)

  • Guidelines for when we would upgrade the OCLC master record
  • Revision guidelines
  • What fields are cleaned up in batch as part of Marcive or WorldCat updates
  • Rules for specific item locations (e.g., Oversize guidelines by site)
