Meeting goals: preparation for March AMA and next AMA


  1. Updates from group

Assessment COP March 20 at 3pm - members of SST encouraged to attend this assessment discussion and questions for the SST leaders and members would be circulated beforehand, also Sara will be giving a 5 minute report at the next AAL General Assembly meeting

  1. Next AMA

Following up February AMA - debriefed SCRC AMA

  1. Planning for March AMA with Joe Lucia and David Lacy

    1. Date confirmed: Wednesday, 2/13 at 2pm - Richie can’t attend and does not know if he can be involved in future AMAs

    2. Topic: just staff space/technology or general technology?

Discussion of how we should frame this one, led to discussion about questions and concerns about room reservations system and staff breakout rooms, but finalized topic of Facilities, Technology, and Space broadly

  1. Who is available to help moderate? Sara will moderate, Serkaddis, Kim, Jill and Rachel will plan to attend

  2. Questions? Worked on brainstorming draft questions for the AMA, prioritized questions

  3. Looking forward: next? Collections strategy? - will discuss at next meeting

  4. Remaining business - postponed to next meeting
