- Fulfillment unit rules can be based on the location, user group, item policy, material type and/or process type
- Separate fulfillment unit rules are created for loans, requests and bookings.
Terms of Use Policies
- The terms of use policies applied to each set up for fulfillment unit rules determines what the patron is allowed to do with the item (i.e. loanable, requestable, digitizable, etc.)
- The terms of use policies also determine the fines and fees that are applied to an overdue or lost item
- Separate terms of use policies are created for loans, requests and bookings.
Overdue and Lost Loan Profiles
- The overdue and lost loan profiles determine when an items is marked as lost and when overdue fines are applied to a persons account
