At beginning of shift, begin using Alma Offline Circulation Module, stop using Millennium. This begins with Japan at 7:00PM EST 6/26, Rome at 3:00AM EST 6/27 and all domestic locations at regular opening. Access to Millennium will be restricted by way of accounts being disabled. Therefore, if you mistakenly try to log into Millennium on 6/27, you will not be able to get in.
- Staff at all locations will report to Cynthia that they are successfully switched over to Alma Offline Circulation

- Rome 3:00AM
- Ginsburg 7:00AM
- Podiatry 7:00AM
- Media Services 8:00AM
- Paley 8:00AM
- Harrisburg 8:30AM
- Ambler 8:30AM
- CLA Ed Tech Library 8:30AM
- Law 9:00AM
- Cynthia will restrict access to Millennium for libraries
- Cynthia will extract the final circulation-related data and deliver to Ex Libris
- Ex Libris will load the final circulation-related data and report status to Cynthia
- Circulation staff will perform review of updated circulation data

Cynthia will give go-ahead to begin using Alma Production for Circulation and load offline circulation data
