- Go section by section on the Scholarly Communications Skill Areas document and ask unit heads if they have any questions.
- Question for unit heads: What's the best way to get everyone to a place where they are comfortable and they don't feel overwhelmed?
- Question for unit heads: What about the other librarians? Ambler? HSL? Ask Jenny how we should reach other librarians at HSL....
- Question for unit heads: What should the timeline be?
- Question for unit heads: What would you like your role to be in terms of this project?
- Should this be a goal on someone's PDP?
- Should this be a unit goal?
- ET: Stress that scholarly communication is different depending on the discipline
- KD: Ask Steven if he can communicate to Sandi about the meeting
- Next steps: AJ will prepare meeting agenda for 4/23, and share with team before sending off to unit heads
