1. Quick update from Rachel on metadata subgroup work
Group has hit a good stopping point
MAP is complete
Controlled vocabularies will be done by end of this week
Will wait for Schol Comm Assistant to come to start in on workflow: all situations for deposit (Elements, form, etc.) and different scenarios for different types of content/clean up
2. Quick update from Gabe on additions to product requirements
Chad and Christina have reviewed the product requirement and made comments
They asked for a few more specifics about custom homepage and landing page
3. Review Reviewed Rachel's draft preservation policy
4. Review Reviewed Fred's draft copyright policy
