Consider doing outreach to liaison librarians sooner rather than later (Spring?) - can reach out to faculty that they have already developed relationships with
Deliver update on the workflow for depositing data and feedback on the Research Data collection policy in the Policies & Procedures - Composite Draft doc
These policies will be housed on their own page on the TUScholarShare library website page and on the Research Data Services library website page
Open Repository will have pages that allow us to house all of our policies
Next Steps
- The group will reconvene during the week of January 6th (Alicia Pucci will send out a doodle poll for availability) to test Open Repository. A structured checklist will be provided to do this review.
- Annie Johnson (Unlicensed) and Alicia Pucci will email folks asking to join the IR Advisory Board and IR Communications + Outreach Group in December.
- The IR Advisory Board will have its first meeting once the repository has moved to production stage (projected date of Jan. 29th).
- We will all review the Policies & Procedures - Composite Draft doc and include any missing/ marked sections by our next meeting during the week of Jan. 6th (TBD) - Alicia Pucci will send a follow up email about this.
- Annie Johnson (Unlicensed) and Alicia Pucci will reach out to LRS unit heads to ask for feedback about potential liaison interest in TUScholarShare, the TUScholarShare Communications Toolkit, and help with our CV scraping service
