• Write call number in pencil on back pastedown, or free endpaper if back endpaper is impossible (marbled paper, etc.).
• Write call number (with suffix if applicable) at top of acid-free paper slip and affix barcode to the other side. Add appropriate collecting area code on call number side:

srarerare  = General rare

scccccc   = Contemporary Culture Collection

urb     = Urban Archives

sfc      = Science Fiction Collection

stemTU archives  = Templana

upjac = Jewish Publication Society of America / Philadelphia Jewish Archives

SCRC gen. = SCRC General Books

• Never attach a barcode, post-it, tape, or any sticky item directly to an SCRC book.
• No stamps, labels, security strips.
